UV Exposure System Composition And Its Working Principle

The conventional exposure machine optical system consists of a light source (high-pressure spherical mercury lamp), an ellipsoidal reflector, a cold mirror, a transmissive fly-eye lens array, a dichroic mirror, and a spherical parallel light reflector. After the light emitted by the light source is focused by the ellipsoidal reflector cup, it is reflected by the cold mirror to the field lens of the fly-eye lens array, and the light emitted from the projection mirror reaches the dichroic mirror. The ultraviolet part in the spectrum is transmitted by 50% and is reflected by 50%. Two symmetrically distributed large-area spherical parallel reflectors are reached and are collimated and reflected onto the drying plate to expose the PCB board.
